New Mall??

I recently rode by the site for the new mall, and the complete "stop" that has occurred there is concerning to me. I am wondering if anyone can shed some light on what the plans are from this pont forward. I have lots of clients that are concerned and I think our community should be concerned as a whole. I am hoping that this project will not be completely abandoned, and I am hoping that there is some sort of "back up" plan in place for this site.
